Memorial Services & Remembrance Rituals
People often need a place to remember a deceased
loved one, a place for meaningful ritual, a place to join in solidarity
with others who understand. AIDS Family Services has a long tradition
of meeting this need. Every year we offer a Holy Thursday Mass in
memory of men, women, and children who have died of AIDS. Throughout
the year, we assist with funeral plans and memorial services to
provide for the spiritual needs of patients, partners, and families.
We observe World AIDS Day, December 1st,
with an interfaith healing service for people living with HIV/AIDS,
their caregivers, the bereaved, and all with a compassionate heart.
This special service seeks to provide hope and healing to all people
affected by HIV/AIDS.
